Not eating after 6 pm
Worked out for about an hour at 4. Ate veggies, nuts and fruit like a squirrel from half past 5 to 6 pm, now nothing until tomorrow morning! It’s surprisingly easy - even resisted Christmas leftovers everyone was destroying half an hour ago (felt like a complete utter zen master with my cup of tea) Losing ALL the weight!!
